What are the requirements for a USDA Exempt Transfer due to Death (Parent or Child only)?

  • Social Security Card
• Death Certificate
• Will/Probate Document
• Recorded Quitclaim Deed
• Homeowners insurance policy that lists only the assuming party as the insured.
