Strategic Philanthropy
We strategically focus our charitable giving on five key areas: Community Development and Affordable Housing, Financial Literacy and Economic Inclusion, Human and Social Services, Health and Medical Research, and Environmental Sustainability.
Employee Giving Match
We maximize the impact of our employees' generosity by matching individual donations, dollar-for-dollar, up to $5,000 per eligible employee annually.
Volunteer Grants Program
Employees can earn a $25 grant for every hour volunteered, up to $2,000 per employee per year, for eligible charitable organizations.
2024 Charitable Giving
In 2024, we distributed approximately $2.4 million to support over 1,500 unique local and national charitable organizations aligned with our focus areas.
MBA Opens Doors Foundation Support
We donated $125,000 in 2024 to the MBA Opens Doors Foundation to help families with critically ill or injured children stay in their homes during treatment.
Kurland Memorial Golf Classic
Serving as Title Sponsor for the 3rd Annual Stanford L. Kurland Memorial Golf Classic, we helped raise over $4.6 million since the event's inception for the UCLA Brain Tumor Center.
GivingTuesday Impact
Our GivingTuesday campaign resulted in a donation of over $745,000 to local charitable organizations identified by site leaders across the U.S.
CA Wildfire Recovery Efforts
Our CA Wildfire Recovery Efforts Campaign raised over $340,000 through employee donations and volunteer grants in the first quarter of 2025.
Gray Day Brain Tumor Awareness Campaign
The Gray Day Campaign for brain tumor awareness raised nearly $50,000 during the second quarter of 2025.
Heart and Stroke Walk
Our four "Hearts in Action Teams" at the 2024 Heart and Stroke Walk, comprising over 60 walkers, collectively raised more than $15,000.
One Tree Planted Partnership
In 2024, we furthered our commitment to the planet by donating 15,000 trees and supporting the planting of an additional 8,000 trees through our partnership with One Tree Planted.
