Financial Services

Length: This is a full-time Analyst position. It begins with 3-weeks of paid training followed by two department rotations at one of Pennymac’s office locations. Rotations occur within one of the following tracks: Finance & Investment, Mortgage Operations, or Corporate Shared Services.

Technology

Length: This is a full-time Technology Rotational Associate position. It begins with 3-weeks of paid training followed by two department rotations within the Technology division at one of Pennymac’s office locations.

Mortgage Loan Officer Development Program

If you have the drive to help others, communicate with a diverse cross-section of customers and want to make over six-figures in your first year out of college, you can apply to this program. Here we will teach you how to consult and guide customers to secure their first home loan, obtain a new home loan and refinance an existing mortgage.

Details about our 3-Month Structured Training program:

  • 3-weeks studying for the NMLS Uniform State Test
  • 9-weeks of customer communication coaching, sales closing, software and on-the-job training
  • You’ll receive hourly compensation during training
  • All training materials and exam costs will be covered by the company

After training:

  • You’ll move to a base salary + commission payment structure
  • All customers are provided as warm, inbound leads - You will not be expected to cold call or generate your own leads
  • Most of our recent college graduates make well-over 6 figures in their first year

Production Business Technology Rotational Analyst Program

Pennymac is expanding and leading the way through technology innovation and investments in unparalleled user experience designed to streamline the dream of owning a home.

Our office in Raleigh, NC is rapidly growing and is actively recruiting for our Production Business Technology (PBT) Rotational Analyst Program. We are looking for diverse, highly-motivated team members who want to grow and lead the lending experience change with us.

Information Technology Department Internship

The Information Technology Department is recruiting skilled college students interested in pursuing a technology internship. We have several positions available in a variety of areas, such as Cloud Infrastructure, Development, Cyber Security, Data Engineering and Analytics.

During your internship, you will be tasked with projects that are meaningful and essential to the development of Pennymac's growth.

Additionally, interns will attend networking events, listen to executive speakers, join social outings and produce final presentations on what they’ve learned.

Length: Internships are 10-weeks in length beginning in early June and wrapping up in mid-August.

Who can apply: College sophomores and above with a minimum 3.2 GPA or higher.
